Top Employer 2019

The digitization process is responsible for many innovations that have changed the economy. But what ensures that innovative ideas are developed and actually implemented within a company? Perhaps the most important key to this lies in the knowledge, skills, and ideas of employees. Creating the right framework of conditions, where creativity is not only permitted, but desired, is, therefore, an important goal.

With this in mind, we are especially proud that we were once again able to impress the jury with the development of our personnel work and were awarded "Top Employer Germany 2019". This is the sixth time in a row that Arvato Systems has received the trophy for excellence as an employer and we were once again placed in the top ten.

The award ceremony took place on 12 February 2019 at the "Top Employers Certification Dinner" in Düsseldorf. Siegfried Bloch, Head of Human Resources at Arvato Systems, accepted the award. "We again met the demanding criteria of the 'Top Employers Institute' and held our position among the top 10 employers," said Bloch. "This is a great success for us and above all shows that good working conditions are really important to us because employees are the basis for the company's success.

In a comprehensive audit followed by independent verification, different categories including the ones listed below are examined and evaluated by an independent authority. Each year the evaluation criteria are modified to continue to meet the highest standards in human resources work.
