Arvato Systems as Strategic Service Partner for Bertelsmann Companies

A 2016 study confirmed the positioning of Arvato Systems as strategic IT service partner for the Bertelsmann group, in addition to its activities on the external market. The resulting program is called Business Support IT. It aims to simplify IT services, implement and manage group-wide service agreements while giving complete cost transparency. It is available to all Bertelsmann companies.
So how does it work? Bertelsmann Corporate IT and Arvato Systems have entered into a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Part of this MSA is a modular IT Service catalog which is specially designed for Bertelsmann companies. The IT Service catalog lists relevant service offerings provided by Arvato Systems with a clear cost structure. Users can select and order approximately 200 different services - from a single-user workstation with associated software, up to the largest-scale IT solutions.
Through this strategic partnership, Arvato Systems is able to offer a more straightforward and cost-effective way to solve complex IT challenges for all Bertelsmann divisions.
